It's hard to stay away...

A lot of times I think of things I want to say and it's just not FB appropriate or worthy, or it's just too long to discuss there and that is when I start to miss blogging.  I know I said I was done here, but I think I need an outlet that isn't business related, so here I am, again.  I've been blogging off and on since Bianca was born in 2007, with some good times and bad, but for now I will be here.  In a non-threatening environment and where all of what I post is mine, all mine :)

I think we'll start with Halloween.  It was an absolutely gorgeous day here in MN, so beautiful I feel very sad for those on the East Coast who are dealing with Hurricane Sandy and postponing their trick or treating.  But alas, our trick or treating went on.

Bennett was a UPS man, or "package man" as he called it.  Soooo stinkin' cute!

My little prairie girl, Annika.  Hers was the only costume I made myself this year.  It turned out super cute and I may just chop off the bottom of the dress so she can wear it over and over again.

And Bianca, my little rock star.  She played this part perfectly!

The 4 cousins, impossible to get a good shot with a little 1 year old who doesn't stop moving!

Channy was a ketchup packet, he's so funny!

We live in a decently large neighborhood, but we don't get many trick or treaters.  I think the kids don't want to come all the way down to our end.  That's fine with me, I got to sit in the quiet and enjoy my wine.  It was wonderful.

The kids came home with a major haul.  I think we have about 4 gallon bags filled with candy.  What the heck are we going to do with it all?  I think it will magically disappear over the next week.  I'm an evil mama!

How did you spend your Halloween?

We stayed home and handed out candy. Next year, maybe we'll take our little munchkin around!
